Thailand legalize Сryptocurrencies and ICO

Within 90 days all persons who engaged with cryptocurrency trading must receive lincense in a special commission for security under the Thai Stock Exchange. According to the decree, the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has the duty and the authority to regulate digital currencies and their operators.

Violation of this provision threatens with imprisonment for up to two years or a fine of double amount of the operation. A fine can not be less than 500,000 baht (15,600 US dollars).
